The Job

We are looking for highly skilled programmers with experience building web applications in Java. Java Developers are responsible for analyzing user requirements and business objectives, determining application features and functionality and recommending changes to existing Java-based applications, among other duties. As a new joiner, you can expect to be part of a dynamic agile team of talented and experienced IT engineers working on a wide range of mission-critical systems.

Skills:

• A Certified Java Developer with Excellent knowledge of API
• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
• Experience with test-driven development
• Experience in compiling detailed technical documentation
• Proven working experience in Java development and JEE internals
• Experience in developing applications using Java EE platforms
• Experience in Spring, Struts, or equivalent J2EE framework software
• Working knowledge and experience with JQuery, Ajax, JSON, CSS, HTML
• Excellent skills in DB Schema design and SQL development
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and hands on experience with ORM frameworks such as JPA2 and Hibernate
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Academic Qualification

• At least a 2:1 (or equivalent qualification) in Computer Science
